When

Every day, 12am to 11:59pm Tuesday 11 February to Tuesday 11 February

This exhibition is a deeply personal exploration of the complex and interconnected aspects of metaphysical inner health and the human condition. This body of work delves into the importance of supersensory education and the responsibility we each carry for understanding and nurturing our inner well-being in order to have fulfilling, meaningful relationships and happy lives.

Through this collection, Polina Karuso aims to illustrate a number of deeply intellectual and philosophical concepts that highlight the significance of actions like mindfulness, meditation, and yoga as powerful tools for fostering a healthier relationship with ourselves and people around us.

Each piece is an illustration of the journey towards self-awareness, self-care and self-responsibility. It encourages viewers to recognise the vital role of spirituality in our lives and reminds us to take proactive steps towards our inner well-being and well-being of people around us.
