Thursday 9 July from 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Spark your child’s creativity with Little Artists art workshops, led by professional art educator Sam Relihan. Designed for children aged 2 to 5 years, these sessions combine storytelling, sensory play and hands-on art making.
This session will invite children to imagine if they could be an animal, what would they be? Would they be brave like a lion or cheeky like a monkey? Children will explore their personality and pick an animal that expresses who they are. Little Artists will create their own animal hat and once made, show off their best animal walks and squawks as they finish the session with an epic dance performance!
Each workshop offers a fun, welcoming space for children to explore their creativity while developing fine motor skills. It’s a fantastic opportunity to bond, get messy, and ignite imagination in a relaxed, playful setting.
A parent, grandparent or carer is also required to attend and encouraged to join the fun.
These workshops take place fortnightly on Thursday afternoons. Bookings essential as spaces are limited.
We aim to present inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs, please contact our cultural programs coordinator on 02 9265 9333 or pinestreet@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au
