Wednesday 13 May from 9:30am to 1pm
Join the LGBTIQA+ Upstander training for International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Transphobia and Intersex Discrimination.
This session explores how systems of power including cisnormativity, heteronormativity, colonialism and white supremacy shape LGBTIQA+ experiences globally and within workplace contexts.
Participants examine their own privilege and positionality, engage with concepts of intersectionality, and build practical skills to challenge discrimination and actively show up as upstanders.
For workers in the LGBTIQA+ and community services sector including government and non-government organisations.
We'll email you a link 1 week prior to the workshop.
