Looking for a fun, hands-on school holiday activity that inspires the next generation of recyclers? Join us at the Banish Sustainability Hub for a 90-minute interactive recycling session designed for kids aged 8 and up!

Available sessions:

  • Kids 8-12 years: Wednesday 8th July 11:00am-12:30pm

  • Youth 13-16 years: Wednesday 8th July 1:30pm-3:00pm

  • Kids 8-12 years: Friday 10th July 1:00pm-2:30pm

  • Youth 13-16 years: Friday 10th July 3:00pm-4:30pm

What’s included?

  • A hands-on experience sorting and learning about plastics

  • A 2kg BRAD drop-off to recycle hard-to-recycle items

  • A carabiner made from recycled plastic to take home

  • Expert-led session to inspire real-world action

  • Supervised by staff with WWCC certification

Who: Kids 8+ years, with a parent/guardian present for the duration (one parent per four kids). Youth 13-16 parent/guardian is not required.

When: Various session times available
