Swing West Jazz Orchestra (SWJO) is a premier 17-member big band from Western Sydney, led by trumpeter John Webster. Comprising seasoned musicians, SWJO specializes in big band music that appeals to all ages, with a repertoire featuring classics from artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, Buddy Rich, Maynard Ferguson, Nelson Riddle, and some Disney tunes with a twist.
The band is known for its nostalgic yet fresh sound, and with the incredible vocal talents of Jessica Zamprogno, they deliver spellbinding performances.
Jessica Zamprogno is an accomplished singer whose career has taken her around the globe, performing on television, stage, and at numerous events. Renowned for her versatile voice and captivating performances, Jessica is celebrated for her bright personality and sense of humour, making her shows both entertaining and enjoyable.
Her extensive experience includes appearances on “Good Morning Australia,” starring in her own cabaret show, and working as a production singer for Princess Cruises. Currently, Jessica is performing with the Sydney Showboats and has recently starred in major productions like Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and Mamma Mia.
