Dive into the colourful world of gel plate printing in this hands-on course. Each week you'll explore techniques and materials for monoprinting on gel plates to create unique and exciting prints.
Led by an experienced tutor, you’ll learn how to work with found textures, stencils, and layering to create expressive prints. This is an ideal course for beginners and more experienced students looking to experiment with a new printmaking process.
This program occurs every Tuesday for a duration of 4-weeks.
Week 1: 21 April, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 2: 28 April, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 3: 5 May, 10am to 12:30pm
Week 4: 12 May, 10am to 12:30pm
All tools and materials are provided—including magazines to cut from. Just bring your creativity and curiosity.
Intimate class size: maximum 8 students
Level: designed for beginner level students
Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
Bring: yourself – all materials provided
