Her Strength in Fragments is a dialogue between artists Angélique Moseley and Helena Lillywhite, visualising feminine power and perspective of sculpture, giclée, mezzotint and classically feminine silk scarf designs.

Helena Lillywhite’s sculptures explore interplay between form and the spaces that shape it, where absence becomes presence. Through refined, flowing forms, her work channels a sense of resilience and power, shaped by the lessons and experiences of life.

Angélique Moseley has collaborated with a variety of women on areas of their experience and expertise: from Filipino heritage in a Sapphic context, to connection with land in NSW (see content warnings on room sheet).

Together, each pair of works is a unified celebration: the opposing textures, complementary forms, and use of negative space balance different aspects of femme strength.

Opening drinks 6-8pm Wednesday 22 April
