In connection with the State Library’s 200th Anniversary and the display of new First Nations works, soprano and composer Deborah Cheetham Fraillon AO and education leader Lynette Riley AO are joined for a discussion with their portrait artists Vicki Sullivan and Charlotte Lund.

Speaking in the Paintings from the Collection exhibition beside their newly hung portraits, the panel will reflect on how Aboriginal people have been depicted, collected and presented throughout the Library’s history, as well as on the experience of being portrayed or portraying others.
