Discover how to decorate a drip cake with this Drip Cake & Florals Cake Decorating Course. On this course, you will spend your Saturday learning to layer and ice a 6-inch vanilla butter cake, then topping it with your own sculpture of fresh flowers, chocolate leaves and sweets to take home. This beginner's class will give you all the tips and skills to smooth and decorate your own naked drip cake masterpiece at home, to create cakes for birthdays and other special occasions. As well as leaving with your own drip cake, you'll also have some invaluable creative tips for achieving that professional finish using low-cost tools and equipment found in most kitchens.
All ingredients, tools and a take-home cake box are included in the course fee.
