Thursday 31 July from 5:30pm to 7pm

Human beings make more than 12,775,000 decisions per year in every area of life – the problem is nearly all of these decisions are reactive and unconscious, and more than a fifth of them end up being regretted.

Organisationally, poor decision-making impacts all aspects. Stakeholders become disenfranchised, time and money is wasted, and change occurs as a threat to be resisted. Historically, effective decision-making has been considered an inherent personality trait of leadership, or something overly complex, and filled with data. But it's not – decision-making is learnt.

The Decision Thinking Accelerator is a 90-minute, interactive virtual session, during which participants will:

  • Learn the four Decision Thinking Principles that will instantly improve the results of both personal and professional decisions

  • Self assess decision-making strengths and weaknesses, and how to address them

  • Identify common pitfalls of default, reactionary decision-making that cause buyer’s remorse and resolutions not sticking

  • Gain insight into what is effective in team and organisational decision-making
