Australia
When

Tuesday 29 July from 5pm to 11pm

Dear Saint Éloise is excited to announce its new Guest Chef Series, with a trio of guests cooking over the next three months. Each talented industry pal will join our Head Chef Tom Cleland in the kitchen, creating their own one-off, seasonal set menu for each night of the series.

First up, Tom Bromwich of Ennui. Tom, who previously manned the stoves at Love Tilly Devine, opened Ennui last year with fellow Tilly alumni Samuel Woods, and Peter Chan in a heritage sandstone building in Haymarket.

On the night, Tom will plate up some of Ennui’s French, Thai and Japanese influenced crowd-pleasers, including Smoked mussels, lemon Habanada Kosho; THAT Duck Ennui with bone sauce and truffle; and a Chocolate terrine with brandy cream for dessert.

Book now, but be quick!
