Everyone is welcome, from curious beginners to seasoned yogis. No prior experience needed - this series is designed to suit anyone looking to move their body and calm their mind.
Broken into two-week blocks- choose the weeks that suit you, or combine both for a four-week journey of calm, clarity and strength.

Victoria is offering a special rate exclusively for SMSA members - just $50 per two-week block.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching.
Classes will be held in the bright and airy Windeyer Room, Level 1 at SMSA.

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement in a smooth, continuous sequence. More dynamic than Hatha or Yin, which focuses on static poses held for longer periods, it feels like a moving meditation — energising, grounding, and deeply calming.
Each class builds strength, flexibility and focus, while offering space to breathe, reset and reconnect.
