Shakespeare’s Sweetest Rom-Com: ‘As You Like It’ Comes to Flight Path Theatre

The days are dark and dangerous. Orlando’s brother is treating him like a slave, and is plotting to kill him. Also fearing for her life, Rosalind has to flee the cold and controlling French court. Disguised as a man, she heads to the Forest of Arden, where she finds, under the greenwood trees, freedom, happiness and love. Full of music and mayhem, this is Shakespeare’s sweetest romantic comedy. 

Written around 1599, this vibrant new production is directed by Alex Kendall Robson and is presented with a fresh, contemporary flavour.
