The second of three exhibitions in the 321 Exhibition Series shows new work by two artist friends with diverse practices that express their personal responses to the state of the world, encompassing both its timeless beauty and its increasing precariousness.

Sue Rawlinson: “Memories, Here and There, Now and Then”

Sue Rawlinson’s work is an expression of the joy and comfort she gets from painting memories of special environments experienced recently and in the past.

Judy Garb Weiss: “It is what it is”

Judy Garb Weiss makes art at the crossroad of the metaphysical (the thingness of things) and the surreal (what thing?). She frequently adds levity to the mix to lighten the load.
