In this Aromatherapy Workshop for Beginners course, you’ll explore how essential oils affect your body and mind. Mastering blending techniques will provide you with the groundwork to craft your own products. For the practical part of this course, you’ll learn to make your own safe, aromatic, plant-based home products using essential oils.

This course is led by an experienced professional aromatherapist. It aims to provide you with techniques for making aromatic products using natural, plant-based ingredients like essential oils. You will explore how aromatherapy can impact your physical and mental well-being, including how essential oils are used to treat headaches, anxiety, muscular pain, boost energy levels, and more.

This aromatherapy course will cover common application methods and teach you how to mix and blend your products. During this hands-on class, you will create four individual blends to take home:

  • Massage moisturising body oil

  • Facial oil

  • One-room spray or facial toner

  • One aromatic roll-on for stress/ meditation/ muscular pain

By the end of this Aromatherapy Course, you should be able to:

  • How to mix your essential oil blend for products

  •  How to purchase aromatherapy products and how to read labels

  •  Understand common applications & how to use them

  •  Understanding the use of essential oils and their claimed health benefits for well-being
